Dinesh Kar is an author, consultant, and trainer, helping individuals and companies in developing capabilities to grow businesses in geospatial agriculture. His areas of competency include Agriculture information and Natural Resource Management using Remote Sensing and GIS technique. The skillsets include agriculture crop mapping, crop health assessment, yield and production estimation, soil survey, and mapping for land resources developmental planning. Consulting experience includes project conceptualization and development, proposal preparation, and technical marketing. His consulting assignments are covered from countries like India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Mozambique, Malawi, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Uganda, and Saudi Arabia. He has been involved in the execution and management of more than 40 projects in the domain of agriculture using geospatial technology.
