Dr. Pinakin Shah
Dr. Pinakin Shah is an Orthopaedic surgeon. Besides spine surgery, replacement and trauma, he has interest in poetry, teaching, music, photography and travel.
After schooling in Gujarati medium with technical subjects at S.S.C., he took up I.I.T. Aeronautics at Bombay to soon switch over to Medicine at the K.E.M.H. He had the good fortune of advanced learning and fellowships, A.O. at Germany (Poly Trauma) J. & J. at Czech, Prague (Primary and revision joint surgery).
He is married to Dr. Rekha, a Breast Onco Surgeon, and has two daughters, Amiti (plastic surgeon) and Ishani (paediatric orthopaedics), both M.S.
To his credit, he has many other publications.
