Madhumita Mandal is a fun-loving, bit outspoken, at times explorer, and a die-hard foodie. Born and raised in the city of oranges Nagpur, marriage took her to diverse cities like Pune and Delhi. She currently resides in Delhi with her husband and charming daughter. She had graduated in dental sciences and completed post-graduation in hospital management. In the past, she had worked as a lecturer in a reputable institution. Currently, she is working as a Sr. Associate in a company after completion of her MBA. She enthusiastically works for women empowerment initiatives and mentors women in emotional health. As one of the winners, she had contributed in a micro-fiction anthology collection by Half Baked Beans publishers. Recently, she came up with her adult contemporary fiction novel titled "My Dream Your Dream" and two short Sci-Fi stories for young adults (YA) "Chandrashila Mystery Man" & "Nuke Moon" that are available on Kindle. One of her short stories for children was published on Pratham's Story weaver platform. She is a member of SWA (Screenwriters Association of India) and a lifetime member of AWIC (Association of Writers and Illustrators for Children). On the 72nd Indian Republic Day, she received "Sahityakosh Samman" for literary contribution by NE8x.
