For me, poetry is perception of things granular in places both strange and familiar. I experience it not just among  words but in objects and empty spaces. Poetry is formed when these experiences are nursed by language. It could be in the form of writing or a visual. Words do not have fixed meanings. New meanings and meaninglessness are birthed from the connections they forge. At the same time, objects and all things living and non-living in this universe along with the body directs me to many forms of poetry. Every poem demands a bit of tending and meditation, which is as deep as writing. The forms are shaped in the shadow and light of incognizance and imagination. Sometimes, it gets transcribed as writing or visualized as an image. Sometimes, the word and the visual  merge. At times it remains elusive, slipping away without attaining a form.
