Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThis book analyses real-life situations that provoke an individual towards anger and provides possible solutions to avoiding such anger. It suggests how one may express anger in unavoidable situations by being aware of the aspects and the results of anger. This book throws light on day to day activities which lead to anger and how to control before it escalates to voluminous levels that cause irreparable emotional damage to one’s personality.
One’s introspection of all situations and events in life such as anger, happiness, sorrow, depression, joy etc. are destined by God.
