Smruti Gopal
Smruti Gopal has been a Montessori Educator for over two decades. After 8 years of teaching children at the pre-primary and primary level, she founded Formative Age, a Montessori Teacher Training Institute. Her work with children continued through weekly yoga and meditation classes to support their mental health.
In 2021, Smruti became a certified CPMCP conscious parenting coach. She has had the privilege to be taught by Dr. Shefali Tsabary, a world renowned clinical psychologist.
