Kislay Tarun is a dedicated Law Student pursuing is Graduation in a Professional Degree of BBA. LL. B (Hons.) from Alliance University, Bengaluru. Apart from holding a specialization in IPR in his UG, he is highly interested in International Laws.
This work was produced by him after he read a Book written by 'Peter Stone' on "EU Private International Law: Harmonization of Laws" which talks about the conflicts of laws at the European Union level. After reading this book a lot of opinions and thoughts came out of his mind and he decided to express them and thus, drafted this review.
