Mr N R Acharyulu joined Hindustan Construction Company Limited (HCC) in 1970 as a junior engineer and has worked there for over 46 years till 2016 in many leadership roles. He was instrumental in setting up the CEMG group in HCC and was also pivotal in organizing the claims task force at HCC that was able to turn around the company. Further, as COO, he was able to successfully steer the operations of the company and deliver many remarkable projects. Towards the later stages of his career, he served the organization as CBDO. Even after his retirement, he is continuing passionately as one of the independent directors on the Board of HCC, guiding the organization to improve operations in all spheres and reach higher levels of excellence.

Mr K V Prasad started his career at HCC as a Management Trainee. He worked initially on various water sector projects headed by Mr N R Acharyulu. Thereafter, he worked in the planning and monitoring team of HCC and was the sector head responsible for the planning function of nuclear, metro and industrial projects. In 2020, he moved to the National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), and since then he has been working as an assistant professor at the Hyderabad campus.
