Anshu Arora
Anshu Arora is a C-Suite facilitator, Speaker Coach, Pecha-Kucha Coach, and Executive Coach by profession. To pursue her passion and calling, she runs a podcast called “Candid Conversations with Anshu Arora” where she covers real stories of grit and courage. She is also a columnist for a mental health magazine.
Her own battles encouraged her to look around, only to realize that people were fighting bigger battles with even bigger smiles. This book changed the conversation for her, and she hopes the book will do the same for the readers. As the quote goes: “We live only once.” She now would like to believe that “we live every day, but die only once.” Hence, every effort towards mental wellness, leading a life of courage, and seeking help is worth it.
Anshu is, indeed, free-spirited and loves to travel, while sipping a lot of coffee.
