Ved Prakash Gupta
Ved Prakash Gupta is a recipient of the National Merit Scholarship from Govt. of India in Matriculation examination from Punjab University in 1962. Dr. Gupta has a meritorious M.Sc. (Chemistry) from Kurukshetra University. After serving as lecturer in Chemistry for about five years in Hindu College Sonipat and about two years in Delhi Administration, Dr. Gupta joined NCERT (RCE) Bhopal as a lecturer in Chemistry in 1975. Dr. Gupta has been the only research guide in both Chemistry and Education. Dr. Gupta completed EPPAM (Educational Project Planning and Management) course from University of Manchester. It was a great honour for Dr. Gupta to participate in SAARC countries conference in Dhaka in 2001 for poverty alleviation and acting as a member of World Bank Team in 1999. Dr. Gupta has been Co- author of Chemistry Textbooks of M.P. Textbook Corporation and NCERT and published more than 150 research papers / articles in various areas of education.
