Introduction to Design Thinking, the various schools of thought, approaches, tools and techniques analyzed and articulated as a matrix of Principles vs Practices for the purpose of this book – The Heuristic.
Part III | Design Thinking in Consulting
In separate chapters for each of the Consulting Phases, the above Design Thinking Principles and Practices are evaluated to be fit for purpose and further extrapolated to relevant segments of the Consulting Spectrum for the purpose of this book – The Algorithm.
Mohan Kancharla
Mohan Kancharla has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, with over three decades of experience in Information Technology and Consulting.
A Certified Management Consultant, his experience spans across verticals and across the consulting spectrum, having successfully directed multiple consulting engagements for Fortune 500 companies worldwide.
Mohan has published several articles on IT Strategy and Governance in leading journals, is an Invited Faculty on IT Consulting and Co-Innovator of ‘Strategy Validation Framework’ (Patent Pending). He is Certified in ‘Innovation of Products and Services’ MIT’s Approach to Design Thinking, and is also a Certified Corporate Director and Certified Executive Coach.
Mohan is recognized by CEO Today as one of the ‘Top 100 Global Management Consultants’ and was awarded ‘CEO Today Management Consulting Award 2018’.
Mohan lives in Chennai, India, with his wife Mary Rajeswari and daughters Kezia Harshita and Nikia Sushmita.
