Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalSince the dawn of humanity, people experience various emotions such as grief, fear, nervousness, joy, faith, anger, hatred and love. These feelings are sometimes referred to as emotions and are related to mood. However, do not confuse mood with emotions. There is a slight correlation, but they are two different things. Mood is a long-lasting, generalized feeling such as anxiety, contentment, despair, sadness, or happiness. On the other hand, emotions are reactions to certain events. Emotions do not last long.
Despite the fact that emotions are part of every human being, there are scientists who do not believe in them. They believe that emotions do not exist, thus there is no need to measure or study them. However, there are psychologists, doctors and another scientist who believe in the existence of emotions. They believe that emotions are complex and have both mental and physical components.
After conducting several research, researchers agree that emotions have three main parts: first subjective emotion, then physical response and lastly expressed behavior.
