Dr. Amitkumar J. Patel is working as an Asst. Professor (Physics) at Government Engineering College, Godhra Gujarat since last 11 years. He obtained his Ph.D. (Physics) in Crystal growth, characterization and high pressure studies in 2010 from Department of Physics, Sardar Patel University, Gujarat. He worked as a Junior Research Fellow in a DAE-BRNS funded major research project at Department of Physics, Sardar Patel University, Gujarat; as a Senior Research Fellow at Dr. K. C. Patel R&D Centre, Changa, Gujarat; as a Research Fellow in UGC “Research Fellowship Scheme for Meritorious Students (RFSMS)” at Department of Physics, Sardar Patel University, Gujarat and as a Research Associate at Sardar Patel Renewable Energy Research Institute (SPRERI) V. V. nagar, Gujarat. His current research area is growth and characterization of semiconductor crystals and thin films, solar photovoltaics and solar thermal. He has published 03 books, filed 02 patents and many research articles in prestigious journals of physics.
Dr. Maheshkumar K. Patel, Ph.D., is faculty of Physics in the Department Of Sciences And Humanities at Government Engineering College-Godhra, Gujarat. He did his M.Sc and Ph.D. from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh-Vidhyanagar. His area of research is X-Ray Crystallography. He has over a decade of experiences in academics and allied fields. He has published various books and many research articles in prestigious journals of physics.
