Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThere are two ways people work; one is for themselves, and the other is for their company / boss / leader. The first way of working is known as entrepreneurship. The term basically refers to setting up a business to generate money. Entrepreneurship can mean anything; from running your own business and generating millions, to working as a street vendor and selling hot dogs. Whatever you earn, you take some of it home and the rest goes back to your business. That is called entrepreneurship. However, there are many types of entrepreneurships we need to understand before moving on.
First, let's talk about big companies. Usually, these companies have shareholders who have a stake in the company. The person with the greatest interest in the company is usually the lead partner and as a result gets the final say on the procedure. That does not mean that he / she is an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is someone who chooses to work for themselves, to create a way to generate money for themselves instead of working under someone. As a result, instead of looking for a job, they create one for themselves.
