Ramesh Upadhyay has started his carrier as a mechanical engineer with Indian Navy and has gained a vast experience in operations and maintenance of various equipment’s and machineries to name a few are centralized air conditioners, diesel generators, water treatment plants etc. Ramesh had worked as maintenance manager for a number of manufacturing industries such as paper and forging industry. He is expert in best maintenance practices and had taken lots of initiative in energy management. Ramesh had an opportunity to work as facility manager with HCL, property manager for CB Richard Ellis and managed an IT park at Pune. Presently Ramesh is working as Country Manager for Halliburton Offshore Service Inc. at Mumbai.
Ramesh is also associated with an “Institute of Facility Managers & Engineers” and help a large number of professionals with upgradation of their knowledge and carrier growth. This book is a one step further to their endeavour to help the facility fraternity.
Jitendra Narayan Kumar (BE, MBA) started his career as electrical engineer with Naval Aviation and was exposed to work upon on various latest technologies like UPS, DG, Torque meter system, APCS, Utility equipment, avionics etc. During his stretch with naval aviation he gained versatile experience in Operations & Maintenance, later he started working with Facility Management industry wherein he was associated with JP Morgan, Cushman & Wakefield, BMC Software to name a few. During his second stint he headed Rest of Maharashtra & North India as a Business Head and is currently associated as CEO with Logicon Facility Management Pvt. Ltd. for his new assignment.
