Child trafficking can be defined as any person under 18 who is illegally recruited, transported, transferred, harbored, or received by threats, force, and coercion, or inducing fear for the purpose of exploitation, either within or outside a country. Child trafficking is a common malpractice in India.

Indian laws do not have a legal definition of child trafficking. The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act deals only with the trafficking of minors for prostitution. However, other laws are present which can assist in child trafficking – Indian Penal Code, Juvenile Justice Act 2000, Andhra Pradesh Devadasi’s (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, Bombay Prevention of Begging Act, etc.

Dr. Binod Kumar Sinha is a multidimensional

In Patna, a Training center was opened and educated youth were trained on "HOW TO OPEN PRIVATE SCHOOLS" and give quality education to illiterate children. Advocate Dr. Binod Kumar Sinha has been recorded in the Limca Book of World Records for making the longest argument before the session’s judge of Patna Court in Bihar in July 2009. He is also the recipient of many of the prestigious awards. He is a renewed advocate and a social worker. His only aim is to make our society a better place through his knowledge and devotion.
