Manish Pharasi is an engineer from IIT-BHU and MBA from IBS Hyderabad. He works as a Director-Business Excellence in a leading MNC based in Gurgaon. In the course of close to 18 years of professional life, Manish has continued evolving into his better self. He has worked across the world, has been a freelancer twice, authored two management books very early in his career, turned into a life coach and NLP practitioner. During his star-studded career, he has coached and trained close to 5000 people to improve their job and life skills. He has helped organizations reap benefits by ingraining business excellence principles. This is his debut work in fiction. He has drawn upon his own personal experiences at IIT-BHU as well as his deep knowledge of life-transforming principles to create this engaging story in the form of a novel.
