Mr. V. Chandrasekharan served the erstwhile Syndicate Bank with distinction for more than 34 years in various positions, which included a decade-long tenure in the bank's training system, initially as a faculty member and later as principal at the bank’s two different staff training centres in Ernakulam and Chennai. He holds an M.Com degree from Calicut University and MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and a qualified Personal Counselor.
Following his retirement, he served as an Assistant Professor/Visiting Faculty, and Student Counselor at various B-schools in Coimbatore. Currently, his focus is on authoring books. While his initial work, "Life Lessons for All Seasons," guides readers in solving everyday challenges of life, this book on Leadership Excellence is intended to equip young bankers for leadership roles.
