This book will attempt to bridge the gap between math/programming/domain expertises. Most people today have expertise in at least one of these (maybe two), but proper data science requires a little bit of all three. We will dive into topics from all three areas and solve complex problems. We will clean, explore, and analyze data in order to derive scientific and accurate conclusions. Machine learning and deep learning techniques will be applied to solve complex data tasks.

Dr. B. Dwarakanath M.Tech., PhD is Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He has completed his Ph.D, in Machine Learning - Information Technology in 2019 from Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai, Tamilnadu. He has done his M.Tech, CSE from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore in the year 2004. Dr.B.Dwarakanath has 19 years of teaching experience and has 24 publications in International Journals and Conferences. His research interests include Machine Learning, Image Processing, and Network Programming.
R. M. Rani, is working as an Assistant professor in the Department of Information Technology, SRMIST, Ramapuram, Chennai, TamilNadu and she has more than twenty five years’ experience in teaching Engineering and Technology. Currently she has done her research in the area of IOT and WSN and also her domain of interest is data mining, Data science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and Deep Learning. Moreover, she has published more international journals including international conferences related to data mining and Machine learning. She has completed certification courses on “Data Analytics’, ‘Datascience for healthcare’, Parallel and distributed learning’, ‘data analytics with python’ and ‘Training ML models using AutoML’. She is an active annual member of ACM W Professional Chapter, Chennai.
Dr. D. Usha, is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Dr.M.G.R.Educational and Research Institute, Maduravoyal, Chennai, TamilNadu. She has more than fourteen years of experience in teaching Engineering and Technology. She has completed here Ph.D in the domain Data Mining and her areas of interest is Data Mining, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Cyber Security. Moreover, she has published more number of papers in International Journal and International Conference related to data mining and data science. She has completed certification courses on “Data Science”, “Data Visualization”, “Outlier Detection in Datamining”, “SQL” and “Digital Teaching Techniques”. She is an active annual member in CSI, Chennai Chapter.
