Ad. DR. Randhir Singh Ruhal, PMG. was born on June 10, 1957 at Ronda in Bulandshahr distt. of Uttar Pradesh in the family of late Choudhary Horam Singh. He got his primary education at his village Ronda. He passed Intermediate from Kisan Adarsh Inter College Ronda Distt. Bulandshahar. He completed his graduation from D.A.V. P.G. College Bulandshahar. Afterwards he started study of B.P.E. at L.N.C.P.E. Gwalior (M.P.).
Meanwhile, he appeared in the exam. of S.I. M.P. Police. Simultaneously he completed course of “Certificate in Sport, Judo” from N.I.S.Patiyala (Punjab) and applied for regular course Diploma in Judo and here too he was on the merit. On the other hand he selected for S.I. in M.P. Police and eventually he joined the training at Police Academy Sagar and left the ongoing studies incomplete.
During the service he also completed M.A. (Political Science), LL.B. and Ph.D. At present, after his retirement, he is pursuing advocacy at Madhya Pradesh High Court Bench Gwalior. When he was at L.N.C.P.E. Gwalior he played his role as the Secretary for Student Welfare Union. He is working as patron for Jat community Welfare i.e. Jat Samaj Kalyan Parishad Gwalior, Jat Mahasabha Morar, Maharaja Kirti Singh Jat Kshatrawas Gwalior.
He has also been the member of executive council for Jat Kshatrawas. He is in charge of Gwalior Chambal - Sambhag. Akhil Bhartiya Jat Mahasabha M.P. He has also contested the general election in 2019 from Morena & Sheopur Parliamentary constituency no.01 of M.P. as the General Secretary for Madhya Pradesh. “Rashtra Nirman Party”.
In the same election Shri Narendra Singh Tomar Minister Government of India and Shri Ramniwas Rawat also represented the BJP and Congress respectively. In addition to it, he also the “Prant Upadhyaksh” of Madhya Bharat Prant. Bharat Tibet Sahyog Manch. He is Senior Vice-President (Varisht Up-Pradhan) of Ruhal Khap Welfare Society (Regd.) International. He is also working as the member of Retired Gazetted Police officers.
