This book and its offshoots were prepared to provide comprehensive information about the Internet of Things. Its goal is to introduce IoT to the bachelor students, master students, technology enthusiasts and engineers that are willing to extend their current knowledge. This book is also designated for teachers and educators willing to extend their knowledge and prepare a course on IoT technology (full or partial). Dr. S. Muthuselvan, M.E., Ph.D., is presently working as Assistant Professor Gr. II, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Aarupadai Veedu Institute of Technology (AVIT), Paiyanoor, Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation, Salem. He completed his Ph.D., in Computer Science and Engineering. His area of interest is not limited to Database Management System, Data Mining, Data Analytics, Internet of Things, Machine Learning and Programming Techniques with the 14 years of academic experiences for both UG & PG level and 6 years of industry experiences. He serves as a board of study member for Vinayaka Missions Research Foundation for more than seven years for the board of Computer Science and Engineering. He has published 33 research papers in several peer reviewed SCOPUS and Web of Science indexed in national and international journals with the high impact factors.
Dr. G. M. Karpura Dheepan is currently designated as an assistant professor in Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. He has done his B.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, Anna University Chennaiin 2009 and M.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sona College of Technology, Anna University Chennai, in 2011. He has completed his Ph.D in Information and Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, Anna University Chennai in 2017.He has teaching experience of more than 10 Years. He has published 5 design patents, various Journal papers and he is also an ACM Member. His Current research interests are Wireless Sensor Networks, Networking, IOT, and Artificial Intelligence.
Dr. N. S. Usha is currently designated as an Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. She completed her B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Crescent Engineering College, Madras University, Chennai in 2002 and her M.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering at S.A.Engineering College, Anna University, Chennai in 2008. She was awarded with Ph.D degree in Computer Science and Engineering from St.Peter’s Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai in the year 2022. She has got nearly 18+years of teaching experience in Engineering.
