Jaideva C. Goswami
Jaideva C. Goswami received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA, in 1995. He spent over 25 years in the energy sector in Houston and retired as a Chief Scientist. He is also a former Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, and has held academic positions at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign; IIT, Kanpur; and the National Institute of Technology, Surat. For 16 years, he served as an Associate Editor of professional journals. Dr. Goswami has many patents and research publications including book and book chapters. In 2009, he was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Outside his technical contributions, Dr. Goswami has conducted many lectures on Indian history, science, and religions.
