Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh Pal"Your right to happiness and one of the reasons for not being happy is that people resist happiness "
Is there anyone who doesn't want to be happy? You won't be able to find anyone there. It is true that we all fight for their right to be happy. This life has become a struggle to provide for your own needs and then be happy. We all fight for happiness in our unconscious mind. However, we do not know the reason behind this accident in our life. That results in an endless battle for happiness. We must realize the reasons that become an obstacle to our happiness, and then we must strive to eradicate those reasons and be happy.
"Happiness is a game of excited emotions played by the players who know how to handle the unfortunate events and celebrate the happiest"
When I was in eight standards, I suffered from emotional stress due to various home stresses. I once asked my mother what happiness is. She looked at me and said, "It's the absence of pain." Then I asked how we could get pain relief and she said start helping others, it will help you to stay satisfied and satisfaction is a road that leads to happiness. This was the most important time in my life when I learned to give happiness to others, which gives me both satisfaction and happiness.
