There are a large number of investment products or vehicles such as bonds, stocks, commodities, exchange traded funds, mutual funds, silver, gold, futures, options, real state and retirement plans. When you become an investor you depend on your risk tolerance, styles, timeframes, preferences and capitalization. For example, some investors usually want to prefer the investments that come with the lower risk and that will of course lead to the gains in the form of some certificates of deposit or some sort of bond products.
