OPERATION RESEARCH is an analytical method of problem-solving and decision-making that is useful in the management of organizations. In operations research, problems are broken down into basic components and then solved in defined steps by mathematical analysis. In operation research various operation techniques to minimizes the cost and also helps for the effective utilization of the availability of the resources . The various techniques used in Operation Research are Linear Programming, Simplex Methods, Transportation, Assignment, etc. These techniques are used in various fields of agriculture, production, and business management. The effectiveness of this method is observed through improved business operations and management styles.

Dr. L. Suresh Kumar has completed His B.E (Mechanical Engineering) from Gulbarga University in the year 1996, M.E(Production Engineering) from Gulbarga University in the year 1998, LLB from the Osmania University, and Ph.D. from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in the year 2011. At the young age of 38 years, He worked as a Principal for Sri Ramanandha Thirta Engineering College, Nalgonda, and was Ratified by JNTU-Hyderabad. He has published over 30 research papers in various national and international journals and conferences, also published the book on the subject of Material science and Metallurgy, Intellectual Property Rights, Production and Operation Management and Waste Management and Its Challenges. as a Best teacher by the students in the year 2009-2010 Presently working as Assistant Professor, Mechanical Engineering Department in Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of technology.
