Abedin Zain is a public policy professional. He has done his master’s in Development Policy and Planning at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He also studied Geography honours at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
He attended Md. Jan Higher Secondary School in Kolkata, and during his school time he authored this book at the age of 15. The author remained one of the finest quiz students in his academic career, and only in class XII he won 9 quiz events out of 11 participations.
