Labor Long Time Working Hours Negative Organizational Influences

Author Name: John Lok | Format: Paperback | Genre : Business, Investing & Management | Other Details

My research consistently highlight how employee behavior directly influences organizational performance and development. My view posits that organizations need to understand and address factors that affect employee performance to avoid negative consequences .This suggests that prolonged work, if not managed effectively, could lead to issues such as burnout, decreased motivation, and reduced productivity, thereby negatively impacting organizational outcomes. My work on reward management underscores the importance of strategies to achieve company goals, implying that appropriate compensation and recognition for sustained effort are crucial for maintaining employee engagement over time

Furthermore, my view explores how technology can influence consumer demand and behavior, and how improvements in organizational behavior can lead to economic benefits . This perspective can be extended to long-term work by considering how technological advancements might alter the nature of work itself, potentially leading to both efficiencies and new challenges for employees. For instance, while technology might automate repetitive tasks, it could also lead to increased pressure for continuous availability or skill adaptation, impacting employee well-being over the long term .

I write this book concerns whether labors abnormal long time working hours factor which can influence society economic growth and raises productivity in long time.
