Subhash Chandra
Subhash Chandra is a technocrat and has served the manufacturing industry for over four decades wherein he observed very closely people at all levels going through stressful situations. He is not an exception and has encountered stress himself throughout his life span, starting right from when studying in a primary school up to the day when he retired as group general manager and plant head of two manufacturing plants and even after that. He also observed that not only it was possible, without much difficulty to tame the stress but also to leverage it to advantage.
During this long journey, the author has witnessed one strong characteristic of the stress; that it does not differentiate between the rich and the poor, the innocent and the clever, the illiterate and the highly educated, common people, and those on the seat of power. The only difference is seen in the impact of stress depending upon individual’s capacity to deal with it. Those who understand stress in true perspective, manage not only to deal with it but also to leverage it to advantage and live a more satisfying life compared to those who do not understand it properly and only lament its curse on their life.
Power, Money or any other Resources do not play any part here.
Having studied the stress and its effect on himself and surrounding people closely the author thought it fit to share the gathered piece of knowledge with society.
