Dr. Sonia Gupta is a writer, poet, reviewer, editor and translator. She hails from Dera Bassi, Mohali, Punjab, India. By profession, she is a Dentist (MDS). Poetry is her passion. She writes in English, Hindi & Punjabi languages. She has authored sixteen independent books, out of which ten are in English and six are in Hindi. She has won several awards in various literary contests. Her compositions are the part of vivid anthologies, newspapers, journals and magazines. She has edited several poems, articles, papers and anthologies and has translated many poems of different poets from the world into English, Hindi and Punjabi languages. She is also fond of painting, teaching, reading, singing, dancing, knitting, cooking and embroidery. She has got several scientific publications in PubMed & Scopus indexed International and National Journals related to her professional field. Her many projects are underway.
