 Kosha Bathia is a freelance illustrator and a certified life coach. She uses her life coaching skills for pro-bono work and facilitates Values Workshops for professionals, through a series of structured exercises, activities and meditations designed by an organization based in UK.

Kosha believes that values work inside us to influence everything around us; that the mind impacts the body, relationships, and the world outside. Once we understand ourselves better, we are able to live a better version of our lives, our healing is accelerated and we have more gratitude. 

Always contemplating her purpose, Kosha has spent a lot of time battling existential questions and is trying to find meaning and happiness in the little things in life. She practices meditation and goes for daily study at a spiritual organization to increase her mindfulness. 

When she’s not lost in thought, she can be found sitting with her iPad experimenting with her illustration style, or playing with the family cat. She currently freelances as an illustrator for various agencies and clients, and conducts creative workshops online enabling participants to bring their stories and feelings to life through art.
