It is called “Noelo” and is named after it’s inventor, Noel Lorenz.
‘Noelo Poems’, a short 6 line poetry format for kids and adults to learn and enjoy poetry. It was invented on the sweet morning of 2nd of April 2021 by Noel Lorenz while thinking about a fun and creative way to present a poetry competition to his Ink Your Words (IYW) International Writing Community Writers. It was right after he had a conversation with the IYW founder Trishna Chakraborty. And he feels grateful to her for bringing up this topic in the conversation which led him to invent a new form of poetry that can give joy and happiness to the world of poets and spread love to the world at large.
This book will act as the First Canon of Noelo poems.

An author from the city of joy, Kolkata, Abhisek Ghosh has been writing for more than a decade. He has published Hindi Literature and poetry under the pen name of Abhisek Kalkattawale. He has published English literature and poetry under the pseudonym of Noel Lorenz. A full time practitioner of Zen meditation since 2013, he is a romance, crime, and horror writer. You will find a pinch of horror and mystery in all of his stories. At the end of the day, the poet in him always takes over as romance gets the better of him once again, and he jots down a shayari or haiku. Read his Haiku and Tanka collection on Kindle.
Being a student of science and law, it has taken him on a mysterious journey on the path of philosophy which reflects in his writings. There is always a deep message at the end of every story, a lesson, he wants to share with his readers. Born to Bengali parents and raised in the city of joy, Calcutta (Now Kolkata), India, he has drawn inspiration from his grandfather, who was a writer himself, but never published; writing has always been a passion from childhood.
