Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalPLCS Spectrum is an official magazine of Progressive Literary & Cultural Society (India). The current issue of PLCS Spectrum is the seventh in the series. PLCS was formed on 23rd August 2020 and in that year we had published only one issue. And in 2021 and 2022 we had published it biannually especially focusing on the events organized by the Society but this year we have published a special issue on Uzbek delegates India’s visit.
From February to June, Progressive Literary & Cultural Society organized many online events like “Coffee Time Poetry", “Ten Verses”, “Meri Kavita Mere Nazm”, “Feminera 2023” and E-Lectures. This issue of Magazine has covered all these events. Some of the PLCS members who have contributed articles or reports in this issue of magazine are Dr. Neerja Sachdev, Mr. Deepak Pawar, Dr. Mani Kant, Shalini Debra Mascarenhas and Sweta Kumari.

Dr. Shamenaz is a Bilingual Poet, Short story writer, Translator, Editor, Literary critic and Lecturer of English. She is Author/Editor of 26 international books and translator of 11 books of Uzbekistan (From English to Hindi). Her latest book is a short stories collection, “Virtual Versus Real World and Other Stories”. Her maiden short stories collection is “The Jasmine Girl & Other Stories”. She is Founder & President of Progressive Literary & Cultural Society.
