PLCS Spectrum is an official magazine of Progressive Literary & Cultural Society (India). For 3 years we have decided to publish it yearly as an annual report of the events organized by the Society but this year we have organized some offline events for Uzbek delegates who have visited India in the month of January so we decided to make a special issue on it.

Dr. Shamenaz is Author, Editor, Translator of 37 Book. Her recent book is a short stories collection, "The Virtual Versus Real World & Other Stories". She is a Founder & President of Progressive Literary & Cultural Society, India. Being a prolific writer, she is a Phd in English from University of Allahabad and have a teaching experience of 20 years.
