The present book is about the resources and services provided by the university library of Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh and the barriers in the collection of electronic information sources and services. The book describes the resources and services accessed by library users, the information of the users like frequency of library visit by users, purpose of library visit, problems faced by them while using the web based information resources and services and whether the training provides by the libraries on the information resources and services or not. The book also describes awareness of users regarding e resources and services and also their level of satisfaction about web enabled resources and services.
Dr. Manish Bhardwaj, Dr.Namita Bhardwaj
Dr. Manish Bhardwaj was born on 22/07/1968 in Mumbai India. He graduated from Guru Ghasidas University Bilaspur in 1993 with the bechlor of Physical Education. He post graduated from Guru Ghasidas University Bilaspur in 1997 with the master of Physical Education. Hehas achieved NCC B certificate and certificate of Yoga Instructor also. He has joined DR. C.V. Raman University in 2010 as a library coordinator and done B.Lib. in 2012 and M.Lib. in 2013. He has completed his Ph.D. in library and information Science in 2022. At present he is working as Deputi Librarian in Dr. C.V Raman University and published 04 research papers in ugc care listed journals and also presented papers in international conferences.
