Reni K Jacob
Reni K Jacob, a social activist and seasoned development professional, brings a wealth of expertise to his work. As a consultant and advisor, he has collaborated with numerous national and international agencies, including World Vision India and International Justice Mission, where he held prominent roles like Director Advocacy and partnerships. A founding Trustee of the National Coalition for Education (NCE), he is deeply committed to advancing the causes of justice and peace. He is professionally trained in diverse areas: Social Work, Pastoral Sociology (Philippines) Law, Theology and Business Administration (Eastern University-USA). Also studied at Asian Rural Institute Japan, Asian Health Institute Japan, and International Institute of Rural Reconstruction -Philippines.
His dedication to his profession is evident in his academic achievements, including securing the second rank in the MSW course at Kerala University. Reni’s prolific writing extends beyond academia, with six authored books and numerous articles published in national and international journals covering topics such as social work, theology, and human rights. His latest publication Models of Community Organization for Social Work Practice contains innovative initiatives and reflections of his own practical experience in the field of Social Work.
