Rathin Biswas, Forty Eight, an Indian Air Force veteran, a resident of West Bengal is an Income Tax employee presently working on deputation to Enforcement Directorate, Kolkata. He has a PhD in History from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He is an avid reader of contemporary Indian History, researched extensively on the evolution of UP Congress aftermath 1920. He is a soldier by heart, a historian by choice and an investigating officer by profession. He believes that positive attitude and compassion towards society makes one human. He firmly believes serving with integrity by the man of lowest position in the society is more commendable than that a corrupt man in highest position.
