Many schools in the private field were shut down amidst the pandemic as the private schools are also facing financial problems in the current situation. A change in school during the time of virtual learning has brought uncertainty in the mind of students.
Many educators tried alternative employment to support their families after losing their jobs or having their salaries withheld. According to the study, it is necessary to protect teachers’ mental health to ensure both student well-being and high-quality teaching. Extra psychological care should be given to those teachers who were hit hard by the pandemic. This would help them to cope with the crisis and, as a result, can perform better in their job.
Looking at the other side of the pandemic’s impact, COVID-19 has enhanced the use of digital technology in education implementation. Education institutions switched toward mixed learning and encouraged teachers and students to become tech-savvy. Soft technology, online, webinars, interactive classrooms, teleconferencing, digital examinations, and tests have become common phenomena

Saran S. (MA, Ph. D.) is a writer, Poet, Nature Activist, Teacher, and Research Scholar. He has completed his Doctoral Research from the Department of English, M. S. University in 2020. His areas are Comparative Literature, Cultural Studies, Film Studies, Psychoanalytical Studies and Eco Studies. Ms. Nupur Agroyee currently working as an Assistant Professor at Sage University, Indore is working with Applied Science Department. She is presently pursuing her PhD from Amity University Gwalior and her Research Area is Indian Dramaturgy in the postmodern era. She has completed her Post Graduation in English Literature from the Department of Comparative Languages and Culture, Barkatullah University, M.P. Her areas of interest in academics are British Literature, American Literature, and Indian Literature. Moreover, she enjoys reading and writing poetry in her leisure time. Apart from her services in the university, she has also contributed legitimately in the scholarly fields. Fayize P. V., is a psychologist by profession. He is born and brought up in a village named Valapuram in the Malappuram district. He has completed him Under Graduation from Al Jamia Arts and Science College, Pooppalam, Perinthalmanna, Kerala and Masters in Psychology from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, and he has presented papers in national and international conference, and recently he received a Best Paper Award from 55th National and International conference of Indian Academy of Applied Psychology (IAAP). Currently, he is working in SVM CBSE School, Pudukottei as a Psychology Teacher.
