Life gives you different meanings of living at different phases. What is more important is that how we take it. We take it as a challenge, crushing our limits and achieve what we want. Or cry over it and become partially lifeless. The choice is all yours. This same happened to me as well. Those challenges assign me the meaning of living and grip me to my destiny. The path may be thorny, but this is what makes your story worthy. Maybe destiny is far, but the map towards it is your journey that will represent you as the author of your own stories.

The journey of my life is never too easy. From being an art conservator to an entrepreneur and now a writer and an assistant director life taught me to never give up. Graduated with History Honors from Delhi University, I am always fascinated by history, culture, architecture, mythology, and legends. By the time I’m in my third year, I wanted to do something more practical related to my subjects than theoretical. Then I decided to pursue my master’s from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Conservation, preservation, and heritage management. During my masters, I am always curious about the culture of our country which is being in denial phase and we don’t know about that. I always know the importance of our roots. If you genuinely want to be successful or want to achieve something go back to your roots and it will never sadden you. I visited many non-tourist sites (like Arthuna Temple in Banswara, Juna Mahal Palace in Dungarpur, City Palace in Kota, etc.) during my masters by which I was so magnified after seeing the beautiful intricacy of our culture. That time I recognize I was born for this field, which soothes my inner soul.

After I had completed my master’s in 2015, I worked in INTACH, Delhi where I was a part of the Wall Painting Directory Project of India. The main focus area of my work is research-based and fieldwork. I explored several historical sites in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh that have beautiful wall paintings (which remain, not tourist destinations). In 2016 I also cleared my UGC-JRF/NET exam for Ph.D.

I worked with the prominent artist Jatin Das as an art conservator. The beautiful collection of pankhas (fan) which he collected from distinct parts of the world blew my mind away.

I started working in the National rail Museum, Delhi in 2018. Working there was a diverse experience altogether.
