The Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017 notified on 18th October 2017. This book is prepared in view of the syllabus for asset class “Securities or Financial Assets” which shall be effective from April 2019. The criteria for the asset class Securities or Financial Assets is as under;
A. Person having 3 years of experience in the discipline after completing graduation along with;
(1) Member of ICAI/ ICAI (CMA)/ ICSI
(2) MBA/PGDBM specialization in finance or
(3) Post Graduate Degree in Finance
B. Person having at least 5 years and 3 years of experience in case of graduate level degree and post graduate level degree respectively.
(1) Any other graduate level qualification in accordance with rule 4 as may be specified by the authority for a registered valuers organisation in its conditions of recognition.
(2) Any other post graduate level qualification in accordance with rule 4 as may be specified by the authority for a registered valuers organisation in its conditions of recognition.
In both cases, undergoing Courses as per syllabus specified under rule, before appearing for the examination.
