An easy level Sudoku puzzle typically consists of a 9x9 grid, which is divided into 9 smaller 3x3 grids. The puzzle starts with some of the squares already filled in with numbers, usually between 30 to 45 numbers. The goal of the puzzle is to fill in the empty squares with numbers from 1 to 9 in such a way that every row, every column, and every 3x3 grid contains each of the numbers 1 to 9 exactly once.
In an easy level Sudoku, the initial numbers provided usually form a pattern that allows for straightforward logical deductions to fill in the remaining empty squares. This means that there is no need for advanced techniques, such as guessing or trial and error, to solve the puzzle. Instead, the puzzle can be solved by applying simple rules of elimination and deduction. Overall, an easy level Sudoku should take a beginner solver between 5 to 30 minutes to complete.
