Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThis is a story about the love that was short-lived but meant everything to me once, back in time. It felt straight out of a rom-com movie and was the center of all my daydreams.
I didn't realze how devoted I had become to it until it ended and my entire world collapsed. I lost everything—my peace, my happiness, and my own self.
This is a story about heartbreak, hope, and, most importantly, healing.
Piyush Nayyer
Piyush Nayyer began writing poetry and songs in 2015. Since then, writing has consistently been his escape, providing him with peace and satisfaction. He draws great inspiration from American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. "Please Don't Go Through It" was his debut poetry book, released in 2020. It narrates Piyush's journey of rediscovering his happiness and silencing the negative voices that once caused him pain and suffocated him. The book delves into his struggles with overthinking.
In 2021, Piyush released his second poetry book, "Moving Forward, but Where Am I Headed?" This book explores the theme of transitioning into a new world of light and hope. It emphasizes the importance of accepting, confronting, and making peace with oneself. Piyush describes his second book as a road trip, symbolizing his personal journey from denial to acceptance and from self-doubt to self-love.
Moving forward to 2022, Piyush published his third book, "Up to the Sky." This poetry book revolves around the themes of escape, confessions, sins, maturity, curiosity, and nostalgia. It evokes feelings of aliveness, elation, joy, and freedom, encouraging readers to embrace their dreams and soar high.
Exploring his desires and experimenting with new things in life landed Piyush into a new era of his life. This time, everything felt exciting and fun. He started understanding more about his feelings, how he is drawn toward others. Meeting new people felt euphoric and exhausting. Everything he was, nothing he became. All this is documented in his fourth poetry book, "I Became Somebody Else".
In 2024, Piyush announced his fifth poetry book, "The False Romance," which tells his story of healing from heartbreak and never losing hope.
