Each biography details these local leaders' upbringing, education, calling to Christian service, and contribution to the life and ministry of the Mennonite Brethren Church in India.
Jayaker Yennamalla
Prof. Rev. Dr. Jayaker Yennamalla, a Professor of History of Christianity at MB Centenary Bible College (MBCBC) and Advanced Institute for Research on Religion and Culture (a federated programme of Andhra Christian Theological College, Henry Martyn Institute, and MBCBC), Hyderabad. He is also an Ordained Priest of the Mennonite Brethren Church of India (GC) and has been the Chairman of MB Field Association Shamshabad since 2017.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) in 1996 and a Master of Arts (Telugu Language) in 2000 from Osmania University, a Bachelor of Divinity in 2007, a Master of Theology (in History of Christianity) in 2011, and a Doctor of Theology (in History of Christianity) from Senate of Serampore College (University) in 2019.
He presented several papers at regional, national, and international academic conferences. He wrote several articles and book reviews in national and international journals. He is also the author of A Guide to Writing and Research and Dynamic Personality: The Life of D.N. Purushotham.
