WHEN YOU AVOID EMOTIONS, YOU CAUSE YOURSELF MORE HARM. IT FURTHER LEADS TO INCREASED ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION.SO WHEN WE FOOL OURSELVES WITH TOXIC POSITIVITY, WE SOONER OR LATER REALISE THE SAME. TAKE OUT TIME FOR SELF COMPASSION, EXPRESS YOURSELF. WRITERS MAYBE SHAMELESS WITH THEIR EXPERIENCES AS THEY EXPLOIT THEM. IN GENERAL WRITING IS MORE ABOUT EMPATHY, LOVESICKNESS, HOMESICKNESS. IT'S LYING IN BED, WRITING WHAT YOU ACTUALLY THINK. THERE'S A VOICE IN ME THAT WANTS TO WRITE AS IT CANNOT BE STILL. I WRITE WHEN THERE'S AN OVERFLOW OF EMOTIONS, IT'S ONLY THEN, WORDS FLOW OUT OF MY PEN AND I NARRATE SITUATIONS THAT I HAVE NOT ACTUALLY EXPERIENCED. IT'S LIKE HAVING AN EXPERIENCE WITHOUT ACTUALLY HAVING IT. I HAVE COME ACROSS PEOPLE WHO RELATE WITH WHAT I WRITE, SO A PART OF ME RESONATES WITH THEM.
