Dr Usha Mohan
Usha Mohan is an MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Karnatak Medical College, Hubli. Though a doctor by profession, her deep and lifelong interests have been interior decoration, fashion designing and beauty, fitness and health, both physical and spiritual. She keeps herself abreast of the latest trends in these areas, as well as in the field of medicine. Having started her career as a lecturer in her alma mater, she soon moved overseas to further her career with her doctor-husband, Mohan. Her experiences in many underdeveloped countries armed her with enough experience and expertise in healthcare to pen her medical memoir, The Reluctant MD: A Gynaecologist’s Journey.
Usha was born in Cochin, Kerala, to parents who were doctors, grew up in Hubli, and now lives in Bangalore, Karnataka. She is currently into active e-consulting.
