Prim started his career in Motorola and spent 25 years across diverse platforms ranging from technical to management roles. In 2002, he joined Maybank Corporation as their Chief Learning Officer, to lead and transform their Corporate University. In 2004, he started Dibta group globally with offices across Asia and has pioneered several Corporate Learning and Leadership Innovations. He is currently working on developing the next generation Organization Learning Technologist in establishment of Corporate University 4.0
