Deepak Behl started his career as a police officer after commanding 35th rank in All-India Merit of CPO and joined CRPF as Dy. Supdt. of Police (Asst. Comdt.).

An alumnus of IIM Lucknow and IMT (MBA), joined the corporate world after resigning from the police department and has the working experience of about 25 years with companies like BPL, The Oberoi Group of Hotels, Gap Inc.
