Dr. Azar, M.B.B.S., D.A., M.D., Ph.D., is an Anaesthesiologist and a Pain and Palliative Care Physician by profession. He has held teaching jobs as a professor at medical colleges in Chennai, India, for the past three decades. He is now an Honorary Professor – Consultant in Pain and Palliative Care at Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai, India. He has several research papers and presentations in the medical field to his credit.
Currently, he also works with Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) and has rendered humanitarian work in war zones and difficult places like Syria, Yemen, South Sudan and Papua New Guinea.
Spirituality is his passion and this work is an attempt to share his spiritual and worldly rendezvous with the world at large.
