Garima’s purpose in life is to be free and set free. She wishes for all to connect to their true Self and live their potential, from a place of internal harmony of their body & energy, mind & emotions, intuition & spirit. Several health problems led Garima reluctantly to this path in 2007, but this turned out to a blessing in disguise. Along with reversing her debilitating backpain, menstrual irregularities, weight gain and a genetic skin condition, she found mental and emotional stability, anchoring in her life's values and purpose, and education in the deep science of well-being.
She now integrates multiple identities as an engineer (IIT), consultant (McKinsey), development sector practitioner (Teach For India and Swasth Foundation), life coach (International Coaches Federation), somatic therapist (Integral Somatic Psychology) and yoga teacher trainer (MSc Yoga from VYASA University) to express of her life’s purpose through Swasth, a non-profit working towards health and joy for all.
