The question concerns that whether facility management can bring what real benefits to any organizations, even it can influence consumers have positive consuption emotions, when they enter the shop, can they own effective facility management protection? Can facility management bring social and economic advantages?
My view also addresses how facility management can contribute to cost reduction and economic benefits for organizations . My opinion investigates whether applying technology can help businesses reduce costs and improve talent job behavior.
In summary, my behavioral economy view explains the facility management function as a strategically vital organizational component that, when informed by psychological insights, can significantly enhance operational efficiency, optimize employee performance, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve substantial economic benefits through effective decision-making and cost reduction strategies
