Nirmalendu & Ramesh started their careers together in the early eighties. They have been friends for more than four decades and had the privilege of leading HR in different organisations in their career.
Nirmalendu Mohapatra was Director, Personnel, SAIL, New Delhi till 2017 while S Ramesh Shankar was Executive Vice President & Head HR, Siemens, South Asia till 2019.
Together they have more than eight decades of rich experience in public sector, private sector and multinationals.
